Administrative Assistant – Responsible for communicating with customers and clients regarding event scheduling and payment arrangements. Monitor incoming communications for rentals and sales, and redirect as necessary. Oversee basic office operations and be willing to take on tasks as assigned. Must be detail oriented and very organized. Part- and Full-time positions available. Pay depends on experience.
Class A CDL Driver – Transport event equipment to and from venue site and supervise unattended stage set while working crew is off site. Paid per diem and hotel accommodations provided if necessary. Variable hours depending on event schedules. Pay depends on experience.
Inventory/Shop Assistant – Maintain accurate equipment inventory and help as needed in the shop to repair or replace damaged equipment. Pull equipment from warehouse for events and help load transport vehicles headed for event site. Part- and Full-time positions available. Pay depends on experience.
Stagehand – Set-up and tear-down equipment at events and help in the production efforts while event is underway. Basic knowledge of event operations is a plus, but not necessary. Positions are available on a per-event basis with pay depending on experience and assigned tasks.
